“Youth and Possible Futures” timeline
“Youth and Possible Futures” is an ongoing initiative that includes recurring events, public engagements, sponsorships, special company openings, and cultural projects.
In recent years, this initiative has played a key role for PLINK in engaging with younger generations, helping to strengthen the company’s position as a socially responsible organization committed to fostering a culture of responsibility.
The initiative has developed along three main pillars, aligned with the vision “Connections Beyond Connectivity”:
• Guidance and dialogue with schools → meetings, workshops, and on-site visits with high schools and educational institutions
• Human-centered approach and active listening to young people → collection of hundreds of anonymous survey responses, generating meaningful qualitative insights into how young people perceive the future
• Innovation, culture, and art → internships, the “Reti” contest, and direct engagement with the company’s art collection to reinforce the role of art in shaping desirable futures
These activities have generated a valuable body of insights, supporting PLINK’s future decision-making in this area.
