Professional Link has joined the certification program proposed by 3CX and passed the 3 certification levels, Certified Engineer, Intermediate and Advanced thus obtaining the 3CX ADVANCED CERTIFIED certification and the PLATINUM partnership level.
Thanks to direct collaboration with 3CX we can therefore manage and drive our systems at the highest control level.
Both in CLOUD that ON PREMISE mode our systems are monitored by high level technical staff in direct contact with the 3CX development team.
PLINK is licensed OLO operator able to provide SIP TRUNK certified and compatible with the UCM 3CX platform. In addition, integration with the AMBRA service platform allows the delivery of cloud webmeeting services (chat and videoconference) ensuring direct control of all phases of service delivery.
